This beautiful Danish set is in very good condition and features an elegant Art Nouveau design to the handles with traditional Scandinavian banding to the necks.
They were designed for S. Chr Fogh (active 1947-1973) and their mark SCF is to the back of each piece. In addition the pieces are marked with the Danish quality torch mark used after 1932. This set would date to around 1950.
This is a set for 6 people. The forks were designed to be used in a place setting for serving slices of cured meats, seafood or oysters.
There is no wear, loss, bubbling or corrosion to the plating. There are a few fine scratches from use.
This is a high quality, elegant and beautiful set in very good condition.
The small meat forks are 140mm long.
