This single strand of cultured Akoya pearls is in very good condition.
The pearls are threaded on a double twisted silk strand, with double knotting between each pearl.
Our jeweller has checked the strand for strength and he assures us it will last many years to come.
The pearls measure just over 7mm across. There are natural imperfections to some of the pearls presenting as an orange peel texture, seen under a magnifying glass. To the naked eye the pearls appear perfectly smooth. The pearls are perfectly round and uniform in colour and lustre.
This is a beautiful strand and is ivory white in colour.
The solid silver clasp is simply marked Silver. The clasp is a slide and push in locking type.
The strand measures 425mm long.
