These pretty trios are in very good condition. You are purchasing four trios in this one listing.
The pieces are skillfully hand painted in a Crab Apple design with no two designs being the same. The pieces are rimmed in gold. The form of the cups and saucers is in the delightful pattern designed by Fanny Garde for the seagull series in 1895. It has seahorse handles and fish scale edging to the rims.
The pieces are back stamped with a variety of eras. Mainly with the blue B & G for dates to 1915-1947, the other 1952-1957. Its most likely the pieces were made around the same time that being late 1940's to early 1950's.
The cups are shape number 102. The saucers are 138mm across and the plates 158mm across.
There is no damage to either trio and all are factory firsts.
