This beautiful high quality vase by Orrefors, Sweden, is in very good condition.
The vase is large and heavy creating an impressive display piece with a practical nature. It is signed to the underside Orrefors NU, 3538/3. This indicates the designer was Nils Landberg.
The vase is from the series called Dusk with a green grey cased glass. The series was first released in 1956 and comprises several shapes and sizes.
The green glass has a smokey effect with darker swathes of colour through it.
There are fine scratches to the underside from use. There is no clouding or calcification and no chips or cracks.
There are a few insignificant fine scratches to the outside and are photographed.
The vase is 380mmx 75mm x 65mm.
