This beautiful vase is in good condition.
The vase was designed for Mdina Art Glass in Malta. It has a semi transparent speckled bright yellow/green background with turquoise, blue, brown and even hints or red as a feature to the mid section.
The neck narrows then flares out to a wide lip. It is vibrant, tall and elegant.
We have found the pattern is called Strata according to the book 'Legacy: 50 Years of Mdina Glass' by Mark Warner. It was released in 1976 and only in production for a short period of time.
There are no faults to this lovely piece. There are small inclusions and air bubbles to the glass from the glass making process.
The vase is signed Mdina to the underside of the base and measures 300mm tall.
