This beautiful vase is in lovely condition. The piece features hand painted Flower Spray of what looks like a holly hock.
The vase is marked to the back with the Royal Copenhagen back stamp for 1965 and pattern and shape numbers 2549/1148. It is a factory first.
Not only is this piece very beautiful it is very practical for large an heavy blooms.
We notice the rim shows paler blue in patches from when the piece was hand painted but in spite of this the piece has not been marked a second.
The vase stands 290mm tall.
