This elegant Art Deco set was made in Denmark between the years 1890-1928. We know this as most the pieces have the Danish twin tower mark only used at this time. Others have a later mark dating from 9128-1932.
There are 2 makers marks tot he backs of these pieces. It was quite normal for patterns to be produced by several silver workshops.
The pattern is not one we can identify but is beautiful with a hand beaten or hammered design to the full length of the pieces including the spoon bowls.
The delicate design features a scroll pattern to the finials which is echoed to the mid section.
There are 8 Dinner Spoons or Continental Soup Spoons and 8 Dinner Forks.
There are fine usage scratches and a few spots but as can be seen there is no silver loss or wear.
The set could be matched with a bone or horn handle knife set. We have some knives listed in our cutlery section.
The dinner spoons and forks are both 208mm long. The 16 pieces weigh over a kilo.
Flat rate only applies to Australian customers.
