This lovely ice bucket was designed by Jacob Bang and would have been produced sometime in the 1960's. His wine coolers or ice buckets in this design were first produced in the 1930's and in the 1960's the rattan handles were added.
This is a rare colour being a very attractive teal. It is most often seen in smoke and pale blue. This piece would have originally had a sticker and is not signed.
The ice bucket is large.
There are surface scratches to the outside of this piece and many to the underside of the base as shown. There are included bubbles within the walls. The woven rattan handle has one broken stand as shown.
There are no chips or cracks.
The ice bucket is 220mm tall to the top of the rim and 175mm across the rim.
