This lovely lamp is in excellent condition with no damage.
Made in Denmark the base features a deeply ribbed design. The white glaze pools in the recesses of the design and thins over the high spots creating good contrast.
The base is not signed but the ceramic is similar to others we have had in the past by Schollert. There is no damage to the ceramic.
The lamp has be redone with Australian bulb holder and completed with a new pleated Danish whit fabric coated PVC shade imported by us from Denmark. The shade clips onto the bulb.
All wiring has been redone to comply with Australian Standards and it has been safety tested and tagged by an electrician.
The pottery base measures 200mm tall to the lamp holder base. The total height including shade is around 440mm. The lamp has an inline switch and the bulb fitting takes an B24 bayonet globe.
The lamp would be ideal for a side table, sideboard or as a bedside lamp. The new shade measures 21cm down the side.
For International sales the plug will be removed ready for a new plug to be installed by your electrician.
