This beautiful piece is in very good condition and features stylized sycamore seed design links.
Danecraft is located in Providence, Rhode Island USA. Founded by the Primavera family in 1934, the jewellery company has its roots in Italy, where artisan jeweller Victor Primavera designed for the wealthy and became well known for the ability to craft unique pieces of jewellery. He immigrated to the US in 1910 and started afresh.
The designs were always changing and crafted in sterling silver for a discerning market. The designs as can be seen are similar to Danish pieces of the same era.
The necklace is quite beautiful and secures with a fold over clasp to the back and the Danecraft lozenge can be seen to the back of the last link.
Each segment is 25mm long and the necklace measures 405mm in length.
