Vintage 1970's Boda Artist Collection Red Galaxy Vase Bertil Vallien

This beautiful piece is part of the Artist Collection released by Boda Sweden in the 1970's. This design with the Boda label predates the merger of Kosta and Boda in 1976.

The vase was designed and produced by Bertil Vallien and has the name of Red Galaxy.

The base is opalescent and has applied bright red decoration. The neck is narrow and beautifully treated with a frosted opalescent finish.

The underside of the vase is signed Boda Artist Col B. Vallien. The original Boda Sticker is still present.

The vase is 210mm tall.

There is no damage to the piece and it presents beautifully.
