This beautiful necklace is marked to the back of the central motif Sterling Mexico. This helps to date the piece as pre eagle assay mark so no younger than 1940 and most likely around 1930.
The piece is quite ornate with silver wrapped polished jade stones set in closed back silver motifs. Each is linked to a smaller flower motif and the necklace then secures with a chain and hook over link closure.
There is no damage to the piece and no repairs.
The necklace is 460mm long. The decorative section is 210mm across with the central motif measuring 35mm x 23mm and the smaller motifs 30mm x 20mm. The little flower segments are 12mm across.
