8 Vintage Oneida Community Affection Silver Plate Oyster forks

This lovely set of 8 is in very good condition. The vintage set is silver plated and was produced by Oneida Community, American fine silverware manufacturers since 1848. This is a high quality setting which, when originally purchased, came with a life time guarantee.

The setting has been lightly used and has a few fine scratches from use. As can be seen from the photos the pieces present beautifully.

The elegant pattern is called Affection and has a pretty scroll and flower design to the edges of each piece.

The forks are oyster forks and are a difficult piece to find. They are elegant and versatile with many uses, often placed on platters to serve slices of smoked salmon and cured meats.
