6 Danish Kastrup Holmegaard Windsor Fine Crystal Wine Glasses

This is a beautiful set of 6 vintage crystal wine glasses produced by the Danish Kastrup glassworks. Kastrup was set up as an extension of Holmegaard and became it's sister glassworks with big name designers working at both sites. The crystal glasses are in the popular design called Windsor which was first produced in 1930 and continued in production until 1955.

They have cut stems and decorative cuts around the base of the bowl. The foot is smooth and clear.

The glasses feel really nice to hold and are a quality set indicated by the precision of the cutting which has retained the crisp edges of the design.

There are no chips, scratches or clouding to the glass.

The glasses were designed as a red wine glass and are 165mm tall and measure 68mm across the rims.
