2 Mid Century Modern Norwegian Ingma Relling for Westnofa Siesta Chairs

This pair was designed by Ingma Relling for Westnofa Norway and have leather cushions over a slung canvas base which is laced to the steam bent plywood frame.

The chairs have been well used and the leather cushions show some wear. The cushions have been cleaned and nourished and are now supple and comfortable. There are creases to the leather and some colour variation. The underside front edges of the cushions do show some fine cracking to the surface of the leather as shown giving this section of leather a rough feel. The canvas bases are faded but still strong as is the lacing that connects them to the bases. The eyelets are all secure. The leather cushions have brown cord attached to secure them to the frames.

The chairs are 810mm tall and measure 810mm from the front legs to the backs and 620mm across the frames. The leather cushions are 660mm across.
